Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION + REBOOKING POLICY If you need to reschedule or cancel you appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid charges or fees. You should receive a confirmation text upon booking, and a reminder text 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you do not receive your initial confirmation text, please let us know! All appointments require a 48 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a rebooking fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a rebooking fee of 100% of the service cost. This fee is non-refundable does not go toward any future services. A new appointment will not be booked until the rebooking fee is paid in full. All deposits paid are non-refundable. RE-DO + REFUND POLICY If you are unhappy with the cut or color service received, please get in touch with me as soon as possible to discuss options for fixing it! I never want anyone to be unsatisfied with their hair, and I will do my best to correct the situation. I do not offer refunds for services or products, however, please reach out within 5 days of your appointment for a complimentary refinement service. All hair extension purchases are final sale and ineligible for refunds or exchanges. SALON POLICIES + Due to limited space in the studio, please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment. Nursing babies welcome. + If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know! I will do my best to accommodate you and do what we can with the time available. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may have to shorten the service. If you are 30 minutes late, the service will be cancelled. Please note, services that have to be rescheduled due to running late may incur a rebooking fee. + Payments accepted include cards, Apple Pay, or cash. Please have exact change for cash payments.
